Can anyone recommend a filter that is quiter than than fluval external filters? It is alot noiser than filters that I have bought in the past.

I had a fluval 304 system. It was super quiet. I hated it however. I HIGHLY recommend the Magnum 250 PRO hot system with the bio wheel. You get cannister filtration and a bio wheel without the crazy tubing. Check it out or feel free to message me. It is very quiet.

The eheim classics are a excelent choice. superior filtration,unequiled reliability w/ very silent operation.

I'v found that the eheim eccos work very well and are quiet. they work on slightly lower flow rates also, thisch is good for plants.
