Fluval U3 Flow Problems

I've only had the Fluval U3 filter a few months, but just recently the flow rate seems very slow.
I did my usual water change at the w/e & cleaned the sponges & the outlets & made sure all the vents were clear.
Still the flow seems very poor.
Is this a problem with this filter or is there something else I can do to improve the flow?

Have a look at the Impeller and clean it.
Had the same problem and this solved it

I'll give that a go.
I have noticed that it gets a bit gunked up round the case where the ceramic media is.
I did give it a quick clean, but maybe not good enough

Okay no worrys.

Thank you, took it out of the tank today & gave it a thorough clean (not the media)
The impeller I paid special attention to & was gunked up, now it's working a treat again.
