has anyone got a hagen fluval tank?
I bought one the other week but haven't set it up yet,
and after looking at it i noticed that it appears the sealent has been squeezed out from two of the corners and is in a sort-of clump on the inside.
I also noticed that when applying a little outwards pressure on the tank with my hands it sound asthough the glass is scraping together.
Does anyone have an opinion on this or had a similar problem?
any response will be greatly appreciated.

take it back and exchange for a new one.
as with all mass produced products, you sometims get faulty ones.
my brand new rio had a leaky seam that only appeared when full, even thought the leak was in the bottom corner.

I recently set up the fluval Duo 1000 - the tank itself is fine - no leaks, but their is a faultly cable on the hood lighting - you sometimes have to wiggle the cable in the switch to make the lights come on - I'll get it swapped out soon.
