I'm absolutely sure the 2215 will do the job :good:
If for whatever bizarre reason you find the outflow too strong - you can angle the outflow slightly down and back and/or just make the holes slightly larger.

I have no experience with the Aqua Pro range I'm afraid - but do recall a few good reports but can't remember particulars.
This might help though - and unless I'm wrong it seems they were previously known as Via Aqua Filters.

These Eheim Classic and Eheim Ecco filter reviews (heaps of them!) will help too.

superb info bloo thanks muchly. I take it I should have it running along side my current internal filter at the mo until it primes itself with bacteria? (1-2 weeks or so) ?

No probs :) That's what I would do (and have done) and works fine. I ran mine for 2 weeks and then simply removed the old filter. Just keep an eye on nitrites and ammonia but all should be fine :)
And in fact - if you wanted to you could just add the small sponges from the internal Fluval to the external filter for a few more weeks (they'd take up hardly any space at all) and then just remove one at a time, until you are left with only the original media. That would be after the initial 2 week dual run.

Magic thanks bloo.

Hendrix: sorry mate nope
