I've got 4 endlers (2M and 2F) in my Fluval Edge 2, and a group of bentosi's.
For groundskeeping, I have a bristlenose, and a bunch of snails that arrived unnanounced on some plants.
Even though I love shrimps they really aren't "themselves" when fish are around - they behave completely different when they are in a shrimp-only tank. So I'd personally skip them.
Unfortunately, Cory's are a schooling species so don't work too well with the edge (too small - as per a comment further up this thread).

how about dwarf puffer.i have a friend who has 2 in a fluval edge and shes had them for 9 months, but it must be heavily planted as they can be nasty little buggers towards each other.they are very entertaining tho.
