Any good tips of getting air out of your external filter??

If u mean once its started going, then u just have to give it a shake and tip it to the sides etc

I would check for leaks if you had air in it, that was the problem with my Fluval 204

And if that doesn't work a slow prime.

I had this problem earlier today - turned out my inlet pipe was in gunk heaven and needed the hosepipe treatment.

Anyone found a smooth alternative to the Fluval corregated tubing?
