Are there any floating plants out there that have long hanging roots or tendrils?

duckweed is only thing i can think off.. some plants u can have it floating and they do have some long roots attached to them

Water lettuce (pistia stratiores), duckweed, amazon frogbit, salvinia types (natans, minima, and oblongifolia), and the water hyacinth are all ones I've seen used. They all grow pretty fast, have ridiculously long roots if allowed to grow, and are great for sucking up nutrients from the water, protecting fry, and building bubble nests. xD

I had some water sprite a while back and that had really long roots around 6 inches long or so, but it looked better from the top than it did when you looked in the front of the tank,
