as above really i have 5neons and one is very very big what does this mean and what should i do ,

Depends on how big it is- can you get a pic of it? It could be Dropsy, but it could also just be laden with eggs.

It could also have a parasite. If there's any way to get a photo, especially next to a normal one, it would help.

sorry im having difficulty uploading any more you can advise on this , i did a 50 m%water change lastnite and its still very fat
i do notice 2 of its lower fins are in poor condition. its an old neon 2
