I know some will say I'm wasting a 6ft on one species but those fish are beautiful!

I want to get a fw 250-300 gallon fw a 100 or so gallon sw and a 55-100 gallon fw and maybe a 30 gallon good nuff for me

Or a pond instead of the 30 too

Saltwater is definitely not on my list, to expensive, doesn't appeal to me the way FW does.

Personally I'd love for my marmoratus's the breed.....however it's unknown in captivity for this to happen. Shame cause there such amazing catfish

Instead im aiming to start breeding some fish soon. I'm already doing mollies going to do a few different live bearers soon then go onto other things hopefully

What species are they?

I had 5 Doryichthys boaja. Didnt realise they got so big! So hard to ID species when sellers dont have a clue! Mine were donig amazing and their behaviour was fascinating but unfortunately when he had that awful heatwave 3-4 years ago, in the building they were in it hit 41 Deg C and i just couldnt keep temeperature down, not with waterchanges or ice managed to get them through the day actually but had to trust someone else the next day and they couldnt keep up with the ice and half hourly brackish water changes hehs

I don't know the exact breed as they were just marked as freshwater pipefish at my lfs but i would say they were african or asian in origin. Maybe Enneacampus ansorgii, that would be my best guess. They are lovely but i can never get a good pic of one (hens the video). And i never have any problems with them. I keep my tank at 78 degrees and i feed frozen bbs once to twice a day. I have two males and 1 female and the female has had fry a couple of times but they never amounted to anything unfortunately.

Seahorses. they are my ultimate fish. Tbh I'm not really interested in sw except for seahorses, although I do love the emperor cardinals. But yes. Seahorses. In terms of fw I couldn't mind discus at some point, but I'm not desperate, iykwim.
