fishless cycle - adding plants?

right. i'm gonna use the fishless cycle for my 10g tank, but i was wondering when i can introduce plants inton the tank.
can they be put in straight away, or do i have to wait until the tank is cycled?

Plants can be added, and I believe they actually speed up the process because they use ammonia or nitrites as food.

Unfortunately, some plants may die during cyling process. I don't know why, is it pH too high or too slow, or what... But I would start without plants and add them during/after process. However, many hobbiests have cycled tank with plants without any problems...
