I came home today to find that my fancy guppy had given birth to 12 fry! they are so cute!.....They are a fairly good size from pictures i have seen and i am so excited that she had them! this is the lrgest batch i have ever had! whoo hooo...


I put them in a 5 gallon hex. They seem to be doing fine, they even started eating right away....I am so happy!

Well done matey, my Guppy gave birth last friday, and i came home to 13 little dudes. there would have been more if she hadnt started before i got up and saw her popping them out and them getting eaten straight away DOH!!!

I have another batch of weeds due the end of next week....AKKKK!!!

Try growing Java Moss in your tanks. It provides cover for the fry, and has fairly moderate light requirements. Although adult guppies will be able to get through, they will be much slower than their offspring.
