i too cannot stand those goldfish with the big bubbly eyes, that wobble as the fish swims and look like they'll pop any second.. ugh!!
and the fish that look like they have dropsy.. those big bellied ones.. and fish that actually have dropsy it's making my hairs stand on end right now!!!!!!!!!!! ahhhahahhhhhhhhhhh
oh yea and sorry guys but i'm not a big fan of arowanas.. very scary fish, especially the big ones!

I think lionhead goldfish, blood parrot cichlids, butterly discus, flower horn cichlids and pretty much all the golfish out there are butt ugly- so many goldfish look like their eyes are gonna pop out, their stomachs are gonna pop they are so fat or their backs are so hunched up they look like they've got fish TB ...In fact, i think most fish that have been selectly breed by us to have such charactistics are bad, specially the flower horn cichlids with their huge fore heards.

Any goldfish that hasn't got a normal body and head shape, I find it sad that they are selectively bred into all kinds of weird shapes, ie: lionhead and bubble eyes for example, they just don't seen right to me, also the bubble eyes I would be scared of them injuring themselves when they bump into things.

Almost all albiono fish -maggoty wriggly things, make my skin crawl... particularly blind cave fish, can just imagine them burrowing under your skin and eating you from the inside out.
That could just be me though.
Clelestial goldfish and ballon-anything fish I don't much like, but they don't really creep me out.
And dyed fish, for obvious reasons.

I agree on the dyed fish. They make me sick... And the huge goldies that look so unnatural. I feel bad for them. They can't get around right. Have trouble eating. That's not fair for them.

I'll stick with my big pretty natural goldies.

Come on guys whats with all the goldfish bashing! I agree that some of them are a bit wierd(like the fuzzy headed ones), but my fantails are brill.

I could spend all day in the LFS staring at fish. I do however, avoid the goldy tanks with the fish that have the eyeballs that look like they are about to pop! It looks like they have some kind of serious infection to me.

I personally despise cichlids. I'm yet to find one I'd actually like to own.

I'm also not a great fan of livebearers. Rabbits of the aquarium...
