I'm sorry your female died and I hope your male does not recieve the same illness. In the case that he does(which i hate to assume but do), don't expect survival. I don't want to depress you, just want you to be emotionally prepared b/c viruses are very lethal.

Just to let you know My male is doing great. FinRot is gone and has no signs of anything else..... for the babies I have one thats sick but the rest are doing great
I'm treating them with melafix any ways just to keep the rest of the babies from getting anything..... My 2 month old fry are getting to big to keep with the babies but can't put them with the male in the other 10g tank till I know everyone is over being sick I don't want to get my male sick again...

There was no malice intended in my post. I agree with guppy dude that this is about fish and not about water treatment. Point taken...and I won't write anything further on that.

Thank you also to shrks1fan for your post, at least you didn't castigate me, insult me or threaten me by having their husband come after me.

But seriously plysha, I did not intend to ridicule nor did I attempt to make any attempt to humiliate you. Just wanted to let you know my feelings. Again I apologise if my initial post intimidated you but it was never intended that way.
