Fish very sick

I am hoping someone can help me on what to do.

I have a platy that I think is going to die.

The symptoms of the fish:

Fish does not swim straight. The fish seems to have no balance and sometimes goes on its side. Also, alot of the time the fish will be at the bottom of the tank.
Right now, the fish is swimming in the middle of the tank trying to stay straight but is very unbalanced. Also, there seems to be a lighter spot on top of the head of the fish. Looks slightly clear if that makes sense.

I treated the tank with a parasite remover in the begining of the sickness. She didn't seem to excited to eat but she did eat a little before the medication. She seemed a bit better after the medication, but now she is worse because of the unbalanced swimming. The fish physically looks sick. I have a plastic tub I filled up with two gallons of water incase I should put the fish in that. I did a water change today. Because of the medication I had to remove the filter. I have no replacement so I have to get that today.

I don't know what to do. Should I move the fish over to the plastic tub?

There is another platy in the tank that seems fine.

I don't know, any thoughts of what I can do?

i'm betting on swim bladder disease sorry your fish is sick, but swim bladder can usually be cured.
