fish to add to my tank!!

sorry to bother everyone, if you look at my list below that is what i have in my tank at the moment!! i am going to put a list of fish that i am wanting to get, could someone tell me if they are okay to go with each other.

the fish i am wanting,

danios
bristle nose pleco
betta
white tipped sharks( thats not the proper name but they are wee sharks)
another cory cat fish!!

what does everyone think!!
or any other fish that people have or think are nice would be much appreciated,

when u say white tipped sharks, do you mean Columbian shark, that grow over 1 foot? Definitelty not a good option for a 40 g, not to mention it will most likely eat all your mollies, neons, and other smaller fish as it matures.

no, no defo not one of those sharks, it is just a little silver shark with white tips on the fins!! i can't remember the name of it!! what do you think of the other fish i want!! will they go well with my other fish? will the betta go for my molly babies?

When you say molly babies do you eman fry or your current fish? All fish will go for fry. I doubt the betta would go for adult mollies though other fish often nip bettas' long fins.

If the 'shark' you are reffering to is not the one suggested, could it be a bala/silver shark (balantiocheilus melanopterus)? This is also unsuitable as it is large, active and needs to be kept in a shoal in a much larger tank.

The rest of the list is fine.
