Fish That Keep Dropping Dead

Was the tank brand new when you got ahold of it?
What test kit do you use?
If the LFS test your water, make sure they are giving you accurate readings....
I thought in the PM you said you had a tiny amount of ammonia?
Is your heater working correctly, not set too high?

In the meantime, if I was you (which i'm not  ) i'd chuck my food and buy some more in case it is contaminated, same with the blood worm, stop buying it until you are certain this hasn't introduced anything nasty.
Keep up your water changes, perform them daily, 25% at least.
Maybe get a general medication to add to the water.
Without symptoms its pretty much impossible to ascertain what may be wrong.......

Stumped :X

Did all of the fish come from the same location? Some diseases (namely fish TB), can take months to show and sometimes don't give any symptoms before death.

Where is your water coming from?
How about taking a water sample to your local University and see if someone from the chemistry lab will run a test on it. Explain your dilema and phrase it so they will be 'saving lives' AND solving a 'mystery'. They love to solve 'mysterys'.
