What test kit do you use?
If the LFS test your water, make sure they are giving you accurate readings....
I thought in the PM you said you had a tiny amount of ammonia?
Is your heater working correctly, not set too high?
In the meantime, if I was you (which i'm not ) i'd chuck my food and buy some more in case it is contaminated, same with the blood worm, stop buying it until you are certain this hasn't introduced anything nasty.
Keep up your water changes, perform them daily, 25% at least.
Maybe get a general medication to add to the water.
Without symptoms its pretty much impossible to ascertain what may be wrong.......
