It really depends on what you consider massive, dwarf shrimp like cherry shrimp ( and all their morphs), and crystal shrimp are basically lunch to almost all species of fish. Amano shrimp can get pretty large, but there are reports of them turning on fish and having a feast of fish instead of their usual vegetarian diet.
The following two species of shrimp I have no experience with and are both types of Palaemonetes but get around 4-5cm
Amazon Glass Shrimp
and
American Freshwater Glass shrimp.
I would avoid any of the filter feeding shrimp since they need good currents to enable them to properly feed, and the species of fish you are wanting to keep shrimp with are not really shrimp friendly fish species which more than likely will nip at any filter feeders nets.
Personally I would not add any shrimp to your current stocking corys are pretty much shrimp safe, but even neon tetras will take a nip at a shrimp swimming about in the open, while shrimp are gouramis natural food and I have no doubt shrimp would be great for getting apistrogramma into breeding condition.
