I think we need a topic like this. :p Just post funny or odd things your fish have done.

I used to have a male molly when I first started out keeping fish, and he had a habit of jumping. One day he jumped out into the tub of fish food as I was feeding him. The other fish chased him around after that. :lol:

One of my guppies found a tiny bit of algae wafer yesterday, somehow he balanced it on his lip and then darted round the tank, keeping it balanced, as the other guppies tried to take it off him! It was like watching fish rugby :p

I have a oscar in my tank, and at night he goes around and pushes all the fish wakes them up and goes to sleep :p

My Danios like to play ball with the occasional pond pellet I sometimes drop in, my opaline/blue gourami "waves" at me with her 2 feelers and taps the glass with them when I go near, and my loach likes to sleep on top of plants! Nice and comfy for him I'm sure, not so great for my plants!

Look!

Cheeky thing :rolleyes:

Today I had something of a funny scare when one of my white clouds was floating on his back. Amazingly, a few minutes later, he started swimming around again like nobody's business!

i have a kissing gourami that is ocd. he swims around in a certain path 33 times every night after i feed my fish. and i mean EVERY NiGHT. :)

One of my sevs will do backflips in the same spot all the time when it knows it is getting fed. It only does it sometimes though. The same fish also loves knocking over the rock fixtures I put in the tank.

My Liearius pictus sticks her whiskers out of the tank and taps me on the shoulder if i have my back to the tank while the lid is off, if i'm not expecting it it gives me quite a shock :eek:

Now that I'd like to see :lol:

I always find it amusing the way my amano shrimp skuttle off with a catfish pellet and also when they take a pellet off my corys, they are really cheeky.

One of my goldfish likes to 'blow kisses' my 2yr old sits by his tank blowing kisses and he opens and closes his mouth when she does it(he's really just after food but she doesn't know that) it's cute she thinks he's blowing her a kiss and I haven't the heart to tell her otherwise.

One thing I miss is my old opaline gourami she had alot of guts, she would steal food right out of the mouth of one of the bichirs I used to have, granted the bichir was very placid and they were 'friends' and would hang out togetehr alot, here's a classic(but blurry) photo of them hanging out in a cave and two of the opaline sharing a prawn with the bichir;
