Just as a helpful hint for new bees. You should never buy a fish out of a tank if there is a dead fish in that tank. I walk into a LFS and the first thing I do is check for dead fish, sometimes that can eliminate 30% of the tanks. That is where if you can check the filtration out if all the tanks are linked in a bank that will take the whole bank of tanks out.
