Iv'e never known a shop to buy livebearers, they are cheap as chips from wholesale and the markup in them is pretty nice. I suppose the only bonus in your favour is that they are in local water, less likely to snuff it when purchased.

All depends which species of livebearers you have to sell, Tizer.

I suspect most fish shops "would bite your arm off" for fry of the likes of Ameca splendens (Butterfly Goodeids), Ilyodon spp. (fast water temperate Goodeid group) etc.
