Fish ready for pension

I know that in captivity fish will live longer than in the wild (under good conditions) but I didn't know it could be that long. Usually the larger the animal is the longer it lives. I think guppies live a few years, gouramis can live a little longer (up to 5 years I think), some cory cats can live ten years. I have heard that goldfish can live 20 years but 65?!!?! Wow, imagine handing down your tropical fish to your grandkids? Freaky! :fun:

I'm not sure your grandkids would appreicate a fish that size as a legacy

Its pretty amazing though that its got to that age
