Fish Problems

Hi,

2 days ago I did a partial water change on my tank, today I notice one of my fish is not himself and that there are strange things attached to the rocks and glass.

I am unable to take a photo of the strange things because they are too small for the camera to focus on, but they are white and look like this.



I have taken photos of the fish which can be seen on the following links,

He has a big white bump patch on his head and has lost his appetite.

Any ideas what these 2 problems could be?, nothing new has been added to the tank other than cleaner water.

I couldn't see anything except your fish in the pictures but the drawing looks much like a Hydra.

Yeah that looks like them, the grass carp must have bumped his head because he is all back to normal now.
