I have a juwel rio 450. At the moment I have 5 harlequins, 1 albino corydoras, 2 sailfin plecos 1@10" long 1@6" long, 2 yoyo loaches, 20 neon tetras, 1 moonlight gourami, 5 glowlight tetras, 3 pearl danios.

How many more fish would be safe to keep in my tank?

You should definitely get more albino corys. They should be in groups of at least 6.

We can't discuss stocking without mentioning water quality. What is the nitrate concentration?

Corys are shoaling fish - they live in huge numbers naturally. Generally the recommended minimum numbers for shoaling fish is 6 but more is always better. It would certainly feel more secure.
