Fish Pacing - Sign Of Stress?

one of my fish is just swimming up and down the same spot on the tank. is it a sign of stress? what should i do.
he's eaten, and looks fine

I'm new to tropicals... I posted a video in the chit chat section of one of my rainbows pacing.

The response was that she looked healthy but was acting stressed out. Response was to minimize stress and keep the water as healthy as possible with small water changes.

I spread out the plants to give them the illusion of more cover. I also added a terrecotta pot. Not helping much but I hope she will settle.

The pro's on here will provide great advice.

thanks for that. i added another plant right in the middle, and fed him. hes stopped pacing now
