When I had a Juwel tank I found that the white pad could only be washed a couple of times before it went all shapeless and threadbare. Because it is first in the water flow it gets very mucky very quickly so it has to be washed/replaced weekly. Unlike most other filter makes, the white pad is first in the water flow rather than last as Juwel intend it to trap the big particles to stop them getting into the sponges. Rather than use Juwel white pads, buy a roll of filter wool and use a Juwel pad as a template to cut it up, much cheaper.
Replace the black carbon sponge with another blue one.
The green nitrate sponge doesn't remove nitrate, but it is a still a good home for the bacteria. Treat it like a blue one.
And don't replace any media except the white pads like the manual says. Just squeeze the sponges gently in water you take out during a water change, and swish the cirax box. They'll last for years.
Conditioner is another name for dechlorinator. Check the bottle - if it says it removes chlorine and chloramine, that's the stuff you add to the new water at each water change. (edit, just noticed you say you add API stress coat - that is a dechlorinator)
