Fish Keep Dieing

I tried another bigger water change and lost 4 more gutted could I be cleaning them to often I know someone who does hardly any water changes and theres are fine I am devastated

did you manage to get an ammonia test kit have you been doing regular water changes ?

were the fish still gasping ?

does your tank have good water aggitation on the surface ?
