I was just wondering since so many of you have bonded with your fish and take such great care of them, do you still eat fish? Salmon? Tuna? Just something that came to mind awhile ago. I work at Red Lobster by the way, lol.
i like fish. if it's cooked well.
when i was in portugal last weekend i ate almost nothing but fish! it's beautiful down there, all fresh caught. yummy monkfish & prawn & rice mmmmm.
i am also partial to smoked salmon sandwiches.
I think the only problem is when you are eating in front of your fish tank and then you realize you're eating fish, in front of your fish. That's when I wiggle the fillet at them and say 'Now aren't you glad your on that side of the glass?'
Seafood is delicious. I prefer raw fish, it tastes much better raw, and you get more of the nutrients. For an excellent site with information on toxin levels in specific fish, or harvesting/breeding practices check this out:
I eat pretty much all types of fish except for the ones people keep in there aquariums. I like to think that at least I dont own a salmon so I cant be doing anything bad and going against owning an animal then eating it. Some people will think that we can't eat fish because were in the hobby. BTW You work in Red Lobster ship me some lobster... I would love some right about now... mmmmmmmm...
I'd eat any type of fish out there as long as its not rare or endangered, i don't eat fish very often but i can't resist a nice peice of salmon or sushi with raw tuna when the opotunity arises .
