Fish Info Please

Hiya

Does anyone know any info on the following species please?


Im looking at possibly getting some of the following:

CONG TETRA
SILVER DOLLAR
RUMMY NOSE TETRA
CARDINAL TETRA
GIANT DANIO

Are all ok in a community tank, how many do i get of each etc etc

Any info will be greatly appreciated pls

what size is the tank and what are it's dimensions?

all the tetras and danio's will be fine together, the congo's do need a fairly large tank though.

the silver dollars get quite big, around 14-16" and are much better suited to a community with other large fish in a really big tank.

all the groups should be at least 6 if not more, group sizes will depend on the tank size how many you have room for.
would you be looking at any other fish in the tank with these species? because they are all mid-top water species, to avoid overcrowding it's best to space species out around the tank so you might look to get some bottom swimmers such as corydoras instead.

you should get some black phatom tetras there the best one awsome fish to look at in a shoal
