Fish Indigestion?

I think my oscar has indigestion. He has poo hanging from his "fish anus" and the worms he ate earlier still look like worms. Should I be worried?

It's probably (although obviously I can't be certain) just that he ate the worms too fast or he's been overfed in the last couple of days,

It shouldn't be anything to worry about, but as always if something seem not quite right, do a water change and test, and don't feed the fish for two or three days to let everything pass; you could try him with a couple of lightly cooked, shelled peas if he'll eat them, but nothing else.
