Foxface (Lo vulpinus) but possibly from the Red Sea, not the Pacific. Otherwise it's one of the other species in the genus.

Agreed. Jeremy Wade, on the show River Monsters, took a trip there once and caught an absolute massive catfish. They grow to insane size because of the nuclear radiation. He had to wear a dosimeter to make sure he was being exposed to too much radiation.
