See you're into a bit of a minefield there, because there are no hard-and-fast rules as to what the different colourations are called - because at the end of the day, all it is, is a guppy. Poecilia Reticulata.
 
I would refer to that colouration as a Red Flame Halfmoon tail, and I would be right in my own mind, but you might refer to that same thing as a different name.
