Any idea what fish is this?

Looks like some sort of Congo Tetra... whenever you first add them to an aquarium they lose coloration like that, but after a while they turn out amazing!

Oh okay. My friend send me this pict and asked me what fish is that. And obviously I answer the one that I know and I said that is Cardinal Tetra. (since its in the Middle of the Picture lol)

The small red and blue fish in the middle of the picture is a cardinal tetra. The 3 bigger silver fish are female congo tetras.
