I'm not an expert on morays, but to me it looks like a zebra moray (Gymnomuraena zebra).

Yup that's what it is.

Bang on! Thought it to be some kind of eel but kept finding ones with a skirting type bit on the top. Was at a sea life centre today and saw this today but it had no info as the place is undergoing a large revamp.
