You appear to have a male Melanochromis johannii. Interestingly, on a different forum, two different members asked the same question about the female of this species. I managed to find it in one of my books, and confirmed it on google images search (above link). This is weird!!

It is definitely an Afra - I think it is a Cobue or possibly Minos Reef hard to say 100% from the photo. It's nothing like a Johanni or a Demasoni........
