Hi folks,
Sorry if this sounds like a bit of a silly question, I've just been thinking about how fish grow. I'm sure that we have all come across some myths mixed with facts about how fish grow in an aquarium - fish grow to the size of your aquarium, fish grow better in the dark, hormones, feeding schedules, etc etc. I wonder if this font of knowledge and experience could split the two up.
So my questions, how do we help our fish grow to their largest possible size, what stunts growth, do stunted fish have a 'time' after which they give up trying to grow even if conditions are changed to help their growth?
Look forward to hearing your opinions
