i no its time for another clue bet it's some complicated fish i've never
heard of MAKE IT EASY SO I CAN WIN lol
just had a look at your home page cooool. is that wood shavings your
snake is on. only about 18 monthes ago i bought a water snake of a
guy it came with heater mat tank lights also wood shavings i had never
kept one before . but have always loved snakes, any ways i used the
shavings every time i cleaned him out after a month on having him he
developed little blisters over his skin, i was going to take him my vets
the following day . but the following morning he was dead.
i was told that it was a deises which was caused by the sawdust
and told they should be kept on newspaper or smooth round pebbles.
can't think of hand what the illness was called but it was somthing
to do with mites. alwasy meant to replace him but never did
he was a cool snake i use to have him around my neck. he was really
tame.

Yeah it has woodshaveing in his tank, woodshaveings are fine, u can also use cat litter pellets, newspaper etc. The only reason i can think that woodshaveings would be dangerous is if they where cedar woodshaveings? i know thayr dangerous to rodents...so maybe snakes aswell ? or the other reason could be if the snake swollowed some woodshaveings with his food? and it got stuck inside him...thats why i always feed it out of the tank.
