All depends which kind of fish you are feeding!

I use a mix of frozen (bloodworm, brine shrimp and daphnia) and flake and brine shimp flake.

Also use a special frozen mix for my discus i get from a local discus dealer

I agree, they aren't to keen on roasted lamb though (but that quite expensive to hehe)

my rams have eaten lamb, but it was very tender

mainly tetra colour crisps, and then ocasionally some freeze dried bloodworms, i dont use live foods as i put them down to killing about 10 of my fish

i will look it up, i dont know if you had them but i used to have seamonkeys isnt this esentially brine shrimp?

yes they are more or less brine shrimp, i just use de-chlorinated water

You can buy a whole set up ive seen online for about £10!
