Fish dying after levamisole!

Sideways fish died. I now have ONE SINGLE GUPPY in the tank and the worms she has won't die!

treat them a week after the first dose and see if it gets rid of the worms.

do a couple of big water changes and gravel clean the substrate before re-treating the tank.
