Small, fuzzy spots on or around the mouth are often Columnaris, a bacterial infection that presents like a fungus.

No, his mouth is black/red. Looks like flesh is rotting away. fins are dirty brown looking w/shriveled tips. The Fungus clear was the only one that said: "Tail, fin mouth rot: Flesh eaten away around mouth, tail or fin. Possible redness at base of area." He is soposed to be yellow/white Cambo?

Yeah, then that does sound like mouth rot.
VERY good thing that he's eating, that is a big relief, I bet.
