Fish Barely Breathing

I posted on the emergency fish thingy last week and they told me to get maracide for the velvet, and then maracyn for the fungusy stuff on my fish. I did so. neither of them helped, they then told me to get coppersafe. I changed the water and added the coppersafe and my fish was swimming erratically around then swimming funny, and now he is sitting at the top barely breathing and has bubbles on him.

Please if anyone can help.
