Well guys i have to following in my 180g (6x2x2)

3 x 4-5" synodontis eruptus
3 x 4" oscars (2 wild)
1 x 7" silver arowana
2 x 5" tinfoil barbs
2 x 5" silver sharks
2 x 4" green severums
1 x 5" pimolodus blochii
1 x 4" green terror
1 x 4" wild blue acara
Pair of small convicts

(sig is wrong and out of date lol)

Just got 2 plecs off a buddy 2days ago as they were in a 4ft tank (the are 13" and 17" lol) but they arnt staying (see forsale section).

i know my stock list is large but im on the hunt for a 7x30x30 i just cant find one at a good price, or near by...but the fish are still only young atm so thats not a problem...the tank looks empty for a start :S

I do 20-30% water change a week (or 2 x 15% changes a week)
They are feed daily on any of the following
Cichlid pellets
Catfish pellets
Bloodworm
Shrimp
Sometimes earth worms

They are just simply not growing in size (had them all over 6 months if not longer), even the oscars arent growing, and that i am surprised at, as the two 1" ones i have are growing like wild fire (now 2" only have them 14days)

What do you think the problem could be??

Over crowding?
Diet?
Water changes? (prams are spot on btw)

I just dont under stand...

Tank is a 6x2x2 with an FX5, sand bottom, few bits of slate and a few plastic plants, so lots of swimming room for both the bottom dwellers and mid swimmiers...

Any help will be apreciated. Thanks in advance
