You use Praziquantel to treat tapeworm and gill flukes, and Levamisole to treat thread/ round worms.

For UK meds:
Levamisole is the active ingredient in eSHa-ndx
Praziquantel is the active ingredient in eSHa gdex

Is the tank cycled?
Has it got a heater?
What is the water temp?
How long has the tank been set up?
What water conditioner are you using?

The tank has to be cycled if it has 20 nitrates and no ammonia or nitrite haha
