Thanks, Well i was thinking about buying more of the tall grass plants. i wasnt sure about them when i was in the shop but now they are in i really like them... but im shopping on a student budget lol so will be adding as soon as i can :fun:

I think the caves are a nice addition, the tank looks great. For a first tank it look aswome.. Good Job with decorating it..

its looking really good so far. i love the sand and the amazon sword plant is a nice one.

although the plant circled in red doesnt look much like an aquatic plant. i may be wrong but keep an eye on it.

The tank is a 44g 48 x 12 x18

I really like it. The only bit I don't get on with so great is the bridge. I think without it the tank would look more natural.

You could achieve something very similar with driftwood if you wanted, and you could still keep the natural look :)

add java moss over the coconut caves and watch it get coverd by java moss

is java moss an easy plant to keep? i currently have 6 plants and about 6 fake plants but the fake ones look great too lol. i just changed my light from a small 1ft 13W tube to a 3ft 30-60 (cant remember) strip light.
