First Attempt At A Planted Tank

Hi everyone, this is my first attempt at a planted so all opinions and ideas welcome, jewel rio 90, sand substrate, dosing weekly with ferts. current stocking is 1 angel, 6 corys, 6 cherry barbs, 6 rumy nose 2 ottos, soon to be joined by 6 cardinals and maybe a pair of paradise fish and maybe increasing th shol of tetras.

Hi! I have to say for a first attempt that is one great setup IMO! Love it I can only hope mine will be as good
I am currently trying to setup my first planted tank too. So far all I am doing is planning, I can't decide what plants to get!!
How big is your tank and what plants are in the picture?

P.s. I am also trying to decide air things about stocking atm. What are cherry barbs like? What's your opinion on them regards temperament, playfulness, nipping and interaction with you?
