And the answer is....

River Shrimp!!

If they are small enough to be eaten, never mind. And the larger ones are looking after the leftovers from the DPs and the bristlenoses!

Just a silly piece of advise for those looking for other things to go in their DP tank. :p ;)

rofl ... I was expecting a thread that needed correcting, but no!
Love your view on it :D

Yeah, I thought that perhaps some of the dozen ghost shrimp I added into my DP tank were too large to be eaten.....not so after a long weekend! I came back to find the tank shrimp-free! (the 4 large shrimp were history)

I wonder how many of you came in here ready to "make some changes" like I had thought of!

lol, I don't do it anymore but i used to add shrimp to my tank for both my barbs and my DPs. It wuz pretty cool to watch them try and catch them (I even saw one of my barbs get one stuck in his throat, which took a couple of days to get down  ). Somehow though, i know at least 1 has lived. It's almost as big as the barbs now and actually swims up to the surface sometimes to get food when I'm feeding them. He knows he's too big to be eaten now :flex:
