FINALLY DAY 25 MY AMMONIA NITRITES HAVE DROPPED TO 0 IN 10 HOURS. MY NITRATE IS NOW 40.
so if i does my ammonia tonight back up to 3ppm and then tomoz night its all 0 again apart from nitrate am i good to do a massive water change and put my fish in

The good news is

Right, now to the serious stuff I know it's the weekend and a trip to the fish store is very luring but......when a cycle appears to have completed it is a very good idea to continue for a few days to make sure before doing the massive water change and stuffing your tank full of fish!

My advice is to continue now adding and testing for a few days, it just may save you early deaths or problems after all your hard work
