Finally Ready To Have A Dip In Lake Malawi

Hmmm, it seems my new tank isn't as big as I thought it was. It's actually a 72 (US) gallon bowfront. I've read that I should be looking to stick to dwarf Mbuna with that sort of footprint, so my plans are out. Any ideas? I really, really like Pseudotropheus saulosi but I'm having difficulties finding something to go with them.

48" x bowfront* x 24".

*13" at each side, 18" in the middle.

I'm so confused about what to do now. :( All I know for sure is I want P. saulosi.

According to this, Acei are OK for a 55. They'll surely do fine in my tank, then. The only problem is I saw some amazing Peacocks at the LFS...

If I do Mbuna I reckon this is it:

Metriaclima callainos
Pseudotropheus sp. "Acei"
Labidochromis caeruleus

I'd probably get a bunch of each to begin with and let them grow out, removing any excess males as they reveal themselves.

Now, to research Peacocks before it's too late!
