Finally, New Bettas!!

Hey,

After much confusion about delivery (me being awkward ) i got my new bettas from KG Bettas this morning! They're blue and black (mask???) halfmoons and they're both SO much nicer than they look in my terrible pics

They're both settling in very well, the female in particular looks very settled! Everytime i go near the tank she comes to the front - I think she's hungry

Anyway, here's some pics

This one has too much flash. Her colouring is more like the next pic, but i thought she looked pretty in this pic.

Oh they are gorgeous! They both have beautiful colours... if you haven't named the boy I'd suggest Phantom or something because his dark fins are so purdy.

They have settled in really well, they both seem perfectly happy in their new home

Kiarra - her colouring is lovely isn't it? I didn't actually know what she looked like when i ordered her as i just wanted the male cos he looked so pretty, and thought i'd get a pair to breed! The male seems pretty nice as well! I tend to buy the bettas i think are pretty, but he seems to have a nice, solid colour on his body and nice dark fins! Hopefully in the future i'll get some decent babies from them!

Im really hoping that i can breed this pair, though i've been told that sometimes their can be problems breeding female melano bettas... Hopefully mine will be ok though!

You'll all be glad to hear i've finally fed that poor little girl! I know you're not really supposed to feed them the same day you get them but she has been begging at the front of the tank ALL day!! She love's bloodworms! The male had a couple too
