whats MFK ? and ye im think im gonna go with male con and a GT female or male? which is prettier and less aggressive? then have dithers and bottom dwellers :0 how does that sound? shame about no JD though

RE: MFK is this site called Monster Fish Keepers. They create things and mix fish which many people here flame them for even talking about what they try at.
Female GT, Adult Male Con, JD possible, depends on aggression already in there, wouldn't take a chance here, might lose something. Bichir and Plec fine aslong as they have hiding places and aren't to small, grow them up first and make sure pleco has no, or very little aggression towards the Bichir, such as flaring fins and chasing the Bichir. Fun to watch a 9" chase a 1" Albino BN but, BN has place to hide very quickly. Botia might be eaten with the Bichir in there, so chance both fish cangethurt, botais have those spines and, ouch. Add alot of dithers, good size TBs and a good group of Giant Danios.

The more fish means the need for more filtration, you might want to look into supplementing your existing filtration with an external filter.

The combo of GT and Cons sounds good. A MFK attitude would be something along the lines of stocking the tank with a selection of 'should' be compatible juvenile cichlids and wait and see, nothing wrong with this imo as long as you act on any issues as and when you need to (i.e. remove offenders).

ok basicaly i have a 55 uk G 4foot long tank and i like convicts which i already have but would also like GT , JD and Senegal birch so what would be the best stocking? would i beable to have them all or ....
