ive only had my tank 4 about a mounth so im quite new 2 this could u also tell me how much i should feed all these fish at the moment im feeding them pellets & flakes & i not sure if im overfeeding them or underfeeding them

thanks alot all

WOW! 4 foot tank... do you know how many gallons it is? You have a lot of fish! O_O

The guppies were probably killed by the fighter fish. They often mistaken guppies for other fighter fish and fight with them. With the eaten eye thing, most fish will eat on the dead body of a fish. A little gross, but true.

My best guess would be the gouramis, since they tend to get nippy when there are more than one in a tank. I haven't had a clown loach or any of the sharks, so I'm not totally sure, sorry. :(

As far as feeding goes, feed them 2 to 3 times a day and only enough for them to completely eat it all in 3 minutes. It's better to underfeed than overfeed; fish rarely die of starvation as opposed to overeating. They don't have the mind compacity to realize when they are full, so they will continue to eat and eat. You don't want lots of food lying on the ground of your tank; this will rot and pollute your water.

more than likely redtail sharks, they are lethal, i have had to put mine in a tank on its own as it killed many a fish and ate the left overs.

My thoughts exctly if possible issolate them for a week and see if you loose any more if not you have found the guilty party ive had these befor and they savaged a load of my guppys before i caught the culprit.

rainbow and redtailed sharks are my guess - can be aggressive and you have 3 to many for your tank.
